This Buffalo ranch chicken Stromboli is packed with chicken tossed in hot sauce and ranch mixture then baked with mozzarella and blue cheese in a easy to use pre-made pizza dough. The Stromboli is baked in about 20 minutes making it the perfect easy week night dinner or a game day snack.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, hot sauce, melted butter and ranch until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.
Roll pizza dough out on a lightly floured surface into a roughly 12" x 16" rectangle. Spread mozzarella cheese down the middle of the pizza crust lengthwise leaving one inch on each side. Top with the chicken mixture over the mozzarella cheese, then finish by topping with the blue cheese crumbles.
Roll up as tightly as possible, fondling over the top third over the fillings, them folding the remaining bare bottom third over the filling. Roll the dough over so the seams are on the bottom. Fold the ends under the stromboli. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush over the stromboli and sprinkle the italian season over.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let the stromboli rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy hot.
