These crab, spinach and artichoke wonton cups can be made in very little time, but taste like they spent all day preparing them. The filling can be made ahead of time if needed.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the garlic and spinach saute until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the white wine and heat until the spinach wilts, about an additional minute.
In a food processor, process the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, chili sauce until nice and smooth. Add the artichokes and pulse until artichokes are broken into small pieces.
Pour the cream cheese artichoke mixture into a bowl. Add the crab, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
