JoJo potatoes are seasoned potato wedges that a coated in a seasoning and breaded. JoJo potatoes are a grocery store deli classic here in the Midwest and the rest of the western US and Canada and is tend to be cooked along side of fried chicken. As spring is finally coming along and summer is on the horizon, the one plant in my garden that keeps showing up is tomatoes (even if I don't plant them haha). In about about a month or two I will have so many I will have no idea what to do with them since they do tend to show up all at once.
