The State fair up here in Minnesota is a serious deal around here. You can get 100's of different dishes and everything under the sun deep fried for your enjoyment. Unfortunately this year we will have to be missing is due to the status of the world and other things. This state-fair funnel cake is a simple little dish that is fun for both and kids to make.
