There is two different kinds of chicken wings out there. Ones that get the flavor from a sauce during or after cooking and ones that get its flavor from a rub. These are the type that gets its flavor from a rub.  These chili lime chicken wings have a great sweet and sour flavor that is baked into the skin of the chicken. The skin gets a  golden brown color while the meat inside is very tender, moist and full of flavor. They have a very flavorful with a mild heat that could be jazzed up by a hit of hot sauce in the chili lime marinade before baking if desired.

Easy Chicken Masala

The traditional chicken masala is chicken cooked in creamy curry sauce that typically served over rice. In this version of chicken masala, I take a whole chicken that is broken down into eight standard pieces and marinate in a yogurt spiced blend then bake over a bed of sliced onions until the skin is golden brown and the chicken comes out super moist and flavorful.  Serve over rice with the cooked onions and pan drippings drizzled over it all. The garam masala spices can be found in most grocery stores or can be made from scratch.

 Short ribs are a great hearty winter entree , as they are loaded with marbled meat that cooks extremely tender, packed with flavor and really easy to make. Peruvian food is a great melting pot of food as there is big influence from different migrations such as Chinese, European, Indian and Japanese immigrants  in the past few centuries. In this peruvian-style short ribs, it is braised an asian-spiced  sauce that fills the beef with a delicious flavor and comes out fork tender.
