These Cranberry Brie Bites are a super quick and easy, make-ahead, appetizer that is perfect for the holidays. The bites can be made ahead and baked right before your guest arrives and the best part is that it only has 4 ingredients and takes less than 15-20 minutes to prepare and bake, plus they are a serious crowd pleaser.
Cut the brie into 15 equal size pieces, about ½-¾ inch squares. You can leave the rind or leave it off. Place a square of brie in each of the phyllo shells
Top each piece of brie with about ½ teaspoon of the cranberry sauce. Place the phyllo shells on a small parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes or until the brie is soft.
Top with the chopped rosemary and serve at room temperature.
