Pork tenderloin is a very lean cut of meat that is loaded with healthy nutrient and vitamins. however the tough part is to make pork tenderloin flavorful and tender without drying it out. This cumin orange glazed pork tenderloin gets it flavor from the marinate, then topped with a reduction of the marinate that really packs in the juices in and put a nice citrus and peppery glaze on the outside. The marinate takes less then a few minutes to make and the pork tenderloin can marinate over night or during the day while you are at work. The pork take under 30 minutes to cook and is a quick and easy meal with almost no effort needed. It is a perfect start for a weeknight meal for a busy family. Check out the recipe below in post.
In a blender, add the orange juice, cumin, orange zest, chipotle and salt. Blend until smooth. Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish and pour marinade over and let marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Once the pork has marinated, place the pork on a foil lined pan. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a saucepan add the marinate and cook until reduced by half, about 3-4 minutes. Brush the thickened marinade all over the pork.
Bake for 25-30 minute or until pork registers an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees. Let the pork tenderloin rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
