Soy-Braised pork comes out really tender and is packed with flavor. the Braising liquid is great with any cut of pork and even other kinda of meat. The mix of the soy, brown sugar and cinnamon mix very well and come out as a delicious blend . Check out the recipe below.
In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper. In a crock pot, add the pork, garlic and onions. Pour the soy mixture along with the cup of water over the pork making sure that the pork is covered.
Cook over low for 4 hours or until the meat is tender. Turn the meat over ever hour or so to make
sure the cooks evenly in the liquid.Once the meat is tender, shed the meat and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
The Braising liquid makes great tender fall off the bone ribs.
