As the season for peaches is in full swing and hot outside, it is the perfect time for some cool and refreshing peach salsa. This fresh peach salsa is simple to make, only taking about 15 minutes to prepare. I like that peach salsa is a little more sweet from the ripe peaches and plus it is a bit less acidic than a regular tomato salsa. Not only is it delicious as an appetizer with tortilla chips or it is also really good as a topping for chicken, fish and pork.
Finely chop the tomatoes, seeded bell pepper, yellow onion and jalapeƱos. Transfer fer it to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Dice the peaches and chop the cilantro. Transfer both to your mixing bowl. Add the lime juice and salt. Fold everything together until well mixed and add more salt or lime juice to taste if desired.
Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips or also great served over chicken, fish or pork.
