As the weather is beginning to warm up some and summer is just around the corner, it is time to get the grills heated back up. One of the things I love grilling is chicken wings on the grill. The skin gets all crisp and the chicken get the smokey flavor. While talking about flavor, this Jamaican jerk marinade brings a lot of it to the table.
In theses grilled jamaican jerk chicken wings, the chicken is pack with bold spices and fresh citrus flavors that only intensify as the chicken cooks. The wings are simple to prepare and take only minutes to grill for juicy chicken with a crisp exterior.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, red pepper flake, honey, lime juice, orange juice, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, allspice, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne. Whisk in the oil until well combined and smooth.

Remove all of the air out of the bag and seal tightly and shake to cover the chicken completely. Place on a plate or bowl and let marinade in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove wings from marinade. Transfer chicken to the grill and cook for about 15-25 minutes, or until skin is crispy and chicken registers 165°F internally on a meat thermometer. Flip the chicken wings over halfway
