The burger is one of the most popular sandwiches around the world. Burgers tend to be greasy and not very healthy for you. Replacing the ground beef with ground turkey helps making the burger much healthier, but tends to be more bland. In this ranch turkey burger, the burger comes out juicy packed with flavor from the ranch mix and garlic blended into. The recipe is very simple and takes no time at all to prepare and the burgers are very healthy.
In a bowl, combine the turkey, ranch mix, green onions, parsley and garlic until well mixed.
Form into 4 equal sized patties.
Heat a pan over medium high heat until oil just begins to smoke. Cook the patties until done, flipping over once.
Serve the burgers hot. For a lower carb option, serve the burgers wrapped in romaine or iceberg lettuce leaves.
